Position: Quality Engineer
Location: Rugby
Salary: Circa £40 - 45k + Annual Discretionary Bonus
Bennett & Game Recruitment are partnering with a well-established engineering and technical services organisation seeking to appoint a Quality Engineer to join their expanding quality team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a business that has recently invested significantly in strengthening its quality function in response to sustained growth and increasing customer quality expectations.
Quality Engineer - Responsibilities
Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems and procedures.
Conduct quality investigations and root cause analysis activities.
Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Review and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records.
Work closely with operational and engineering teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor quality performance metrics and support corrective and preventive actions.
Assist with customer quality requirements, inspections, and compliance activities.
Support the reduction of non-conformance and the overall cost of poor quality across the business.
Quality Engineer - Requirements
Previous experience within a Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance, or Quality Systems role.
Background within engineering, manufacturing, industrial services, or a related technical environment.
Good understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience conducting investigations, audits, and root cause analysis.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
Proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
Relevant quality qualifications would be advantageous.
