Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join their busy and successful property team based in St Albans.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters while working alongside experienced legal professionals in a supportive environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing practical and commercially focused legal advice while ensuring exceptional levels of client service throughout the transaction process.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of property transactions from instruction through to completion.
* Advising clients on a broad range of residential and/or commercial property matters.
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation.
* Conducting due diligence, property searches and title investigations.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, surveyors and other third parties.
* Handling sales, purchases, leases, transfers and refinancing matters.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
* Maintaining accurate records and case management systems.
* Supporting business development activities and helping to build client relationships.
* Delivering a high standard of client care and maintaining strong communication throughout transactions.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor, 2 years' minimum PQE
* Previous experience handling property matters independently.
* Strong technical knowledge of residential and/or commercial property law.
* Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Able to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively.
* Commercially aware and proactive in your approach.
* A team player who enjoys working collaboratively while managing their own caseload.
