MUA Group is an independent electricity and gas distribution network operator, connecting homes and businesses to essential energy infrastructure. We’re also a regulated water and wastewater company, adopting water and wastewater networks across Britain.

Our mission at MUA is to help build better and more sustainable places to live and work, by adopting and operating multi-utility networks nationwide.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your GIS career within a forward-thinking utility infrastructure organisation. You will gain exposure to nationally significant asset data systems and play a key role in ensuring the integrity and quality of underground asset information.

Murphy Utility Assets is seeking a motivated and detail-focused GIS Technician to support the management, validation, and maintenance of underground utility asset data.
Reporting to the Senior GIS Technician, this role will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of live connection asset records, supporting submissions to the National Underground Asset Register (NUAR) and internal asset management systems. The successful candidate will work closely with operational and engineering teams to ensure that asset data is captured, maintained, and updated in line with company and regulatory standards.
