* Managing correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries.
* Assisting with admissions administration and student documentation.
* Coordinating meetings, appointments, and school events.
* Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with administrative tasks.
* Processing invoices, orders, and general office administration.
* Ensuring compliance with GDPR, safeguarding, and school policies.
* Maintaining confidential records and documentation accurately.
School Administrator Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an education or school environment.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A professional and welcoming approach.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Experience with school management systems such as SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom, or similar platforms would be advantageous but is not essential.
