Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Delivery Coordinator to join our team at our North London Head Office.

The Role

This is a key role within the business, acting as the link between Sales, Surveyors, Suppliers, Customers and Operations.

You will take ownership of projects once orders are received, ensuring all commercial, survey, technical and supplier requirements have been completed before projects are handed to our Operations Team for scheduling and installation.

• Review and process new customer orders.

• Liaise with customers regarding project requirements, timescales and outstanding information.

• Coordinate surveys and resolve survey-related queries.

• Raise and manage supplier purchase orders.

• Monitor supplier lead times and deliveries.

• Obtain outstanding Purchase Orders, Letters of Intent and customer approvals.

• Coordinate information between Sales, Surveyors, Suppliers and Operations.

• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.

• Identify and resolve issues that may impact delivery schedules.

• Ensure projects are fully prepared before being handed to Operations for scheduling.

• Support the delivery of fast-track and priority projects where required.

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will be:

• Highly organised and detail-oriented.

• Confident communicating with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks.

• Commercially aware with strong problem-solving skills.

• Able to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines.

• Experienced in project coordination, operations, customer service, administration or supply chain environments.

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong organisational ability.

• Good numeracy and computer skills.

• Experience using Microsoft Office.

• Professional telephone manner.

• Ability to build positive working relationships.

Desirable Experience

• Project coordination.

• Construction, interiors, fit-out or manufacturing sectors.

• Supplier management.

• Operations or logistics environments.

• Commercial customer service.

What We Offer

• Stable and growing business.

• Supportive team environment.

• Opportunity to take ownership of projects.

• Training and development opportunities.

• Company pension.

• On-site parking (where applicable).

• Long-term career progression opportunities.

If you enjoy coordinating projects, solving problems and ensuring customers receive excellent service, we'd love to hear from you
