Job Title: Architect- Project Runner

Location: Cardiff

Salary: £36-42,000 DOE

Work across all RIBA stages, from concept design through to technical delivery and construction
Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on programme, within budget, and to client expectations
Lead the interpretation of project briefs and development of design proposals
Produce and coordinate drawings, plans, reports, specifications, and technical information
Liaise directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
Manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively
Oversee project fees and invoicing with administrative support where required
Undertake site visits and attend project meetings as needed
Support business development activities and contribute to securing new work
Promote the practice and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while also leading smaller project teams where appropriateIdeal Candidate

ARB-registered Architect with UK professional qualifications
Strong design skills supported by excellent technical knowledge
Proficient in Revit (essential)
Full UK driving licence
Experience working within a high-quality, design-focused architectural practice
Proven ability to manage projects through all RIBA stages
Experience delivering both large-scale projects and multiple smaller schemes simultaneously
Strong drawing, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
Experience coordinating technical design information and project submissions
Professional, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality architectural solutions
