Hospitality Manager

Connect Appointments is recruiting a Hospitality Manager for a full-time permanent position at an exclusive luxury events estate in Kinross - a rare opportunity to lead hospitality operations in one of Scotland's most distinctive private venues.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the full guest experience across high-end private and corporate events, with the autonomy to shape service standards and develop a front-of-house team in a truly unique setting.

What's on offer?

Full-time permanent position
Core hours Monday to Friday - 42.5 hours per week
Paid at £38,000 per annum
Flexibility required for evenings and weekends in line with estate eventsAs a Hospitality Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Leading hospitality operations across all events and day-to-day estate activity
Managing and developing front-of-house teams including rotas, training and performance
Delivering exceptional guest experiences with an uncompromising focus on detail and service
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
Maintaining high standards of health, safety and operational complianceTo be considered as a Hospitality Manager, you will need:

Proven experience in luxury hospitality or high-end events management
