Overview

You'll be joining a well-established logistics business that actually takes its operations seriously. Not firefighting all day because nobody's planned properly. You will be supporting your own clients with their scheduled deliveries.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating day-to-day transport and logistics activity across the UK
Liaising with hauliers, suppliers, and internal teams to keep everything moving
Tracking shipments and dealing with any bumps in the road (and there will be a few)
Handling documentation, bookings, and general operational admin
Keeping customers updated - no hiding when things go wrong, just sorting it

What they're looking for

Experience in a logistics / transport / supply chain environment
Someone who doesn't flap under pressure - things change, you'll need to adapt
Strong communication skills
A detail-focused mindset - the small stuff matters in this world
Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told

Pushes things forward rather than chasing their tail
Actually cares about doing the job properly
