We are recruiting for a hands-on HR Operations Manager to support a specialist business unit within a global organisation undergoing change. This is an operational role, acting as the key HR contact for a London-based population, partnering closely with leadership while working within a wider international structure.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide end-to-end generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle
-Support organisational change, restructures, and workforce planning
-Partner with stakeholders to deliver practical, commercially focused HR solutions
-Lead recruitment and onboarding activity
-Support performance management, appraisals, and talent development
-Liaise with a central HR/shared services team
-Ensure HR policies, processes, and data are compliant and up to date
About You
-Experienced HR Manager in the private sector with at least 8 years' experience at Advisory level
-Strong background in employee relations and restructures, with confidence handling complex, cases involving senior members of staff.
-Experience within a global environment preferred
-Solid knowledge of UK employment law
