Graduate Estate Planner
Start Your Career Helping People Protect What Matters Most
Are you a recent graduate looking for a career where you can make a genuine difference to people's lives?
We're looking for a Graduate Estate Planner to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and wants to build a long-term career within a professional and supportive environment.
No previous estate planning experience is required — full training and development will be provided both internally and externally.
The Role
As a Graduate Estate Planner, you'll work closely with clients to help them make important decisions about their future, providing guidance and support through what can often be complex and emotional conversations.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Meeting with clients and guiding them through important life planning decisions
* Drafting estate planning documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
* Explaining advice in a clear, professional and easy-to-understand manner
* Building trusted relationships with clients and delivering an exceptional customer experience
* Supporting individuals and families as they plan for the future
What We're Looking For
We're interested in ambitious graduates who are eager to learn and develop.
You'll ideally have:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong eye for detail and accuracy
* A friendly, professional and empathetic approach
* Confidence speaking with a wide range of people
* A genuine desire to help others
* A commitment to doing things properly and delivering high-quality work
While experience within estate planning, legal services, financial services or client-facing roles would be beneficial, it is not essential. We're primarily looking for individuals with the right attitude, values and willingness to learn.
What You'll Receive
* Comprehensive internal and external training programmes
* Ongoing mentorship and professional development
* Clear career progression opportunities
* Exposure to a broad range of clients and estate planning matters
* A supportive and collaborative working environment
