We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected national building services provider that has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality HVAC and mechanical maintenance solutions across commercial properties throughout the UK. The Role

You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial HVAC and mechanical plant across a varied portfolio of commercial sites throughout the Midlands, Yorkshire and Oxfordshire regions.

The ideal candidate will hold Commercial Gas qualifications and either possess F-Gas certification or have strong air conditioning knowledge and a genuine desire to develop further within HVAC.

Commercial Gas & Mechanical Plant

Commercial boilers
Atmospheric and forced draught boilers
Plant room equipment
Gas-fired heating systems
Warm air heaters
Water heaters
Direct and indirect fired appliances
Pressurisation units
Expansion vessels
Pumps, valves and pipework systems
Heating distribution systems
District heating equipment
Controls and BMS interfaces

HVAC & Air Conditioning Equipment

Split systems
Multi-split systems
VRV / VRF systems
Air handling units (AHUs)
Fan coil units (FCUs)
Heat pumps
Comfort cooling equipment
Ventilation systems
Refrigeration and cooling plant
Chillers (desirable)

What We're Looking For

ACS Commercial Gas qualifications
Experience working on commercial heating systems and plant rooms
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
Air conditioning experience desirable
F-Gas certification preferred but not essential
Full UK Driving Licence
Professional and customer-focused approach
Strong communication skills
