Temporary HR Business Partner/HR Advisor
Location: Nottingham
Contract: Temporary – 6 weeks
Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR professional for a short-term assignment to support the business with a range of employee relations (ER) matters. This is a hands-on role, requiring someone confident managing both routine and complex casework with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of employee relations matters, including:
Absence management
Performance issues
Disciplinaries and grievances
Handle both low-level queries and complex ER cases through to resolution
Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers
Ensure all cases are managed in line with company policies and employment legislation
Maintain accurate documentation and case recordsRequirements
Proven experience in an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role
Strong background in employee relations case management
Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload effectively
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Up-to-date DBS check is essential
