An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Geotechnical Associate Director to join a growing, independent multidisciplinary environmental consultancy with an excellent reputation for delivering innovative, practical and cost-effective solutions across infrastructure, residential, commercial and renewable energy projects throughout the UK.

Based in near Bristol, this Geotechnical Associate Director position offers the chance to lead and develop a successful geo-environmental and geotechnical team while playing a key role in business growth and client development.

The Role

As Geotechnical Associate Director, you will:

Lead and manage geotechnical and geo-environmental projects from inception to completion.
Provide technical oversight across ground investigations, contamination assessments, geotechnical design and remediation schemes.
Mentor and develop engineers and consultants within the team.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Support business development, fee proposals, tenders and project delivery.
Collaborate with specialists across environmental, planning and engineering disciplines.What's on Offer

Chartered status or working towards chartership.
Strong project management and team leadership experience.

A full UK driving licence.
Full right to work in the UK.
