Are you an experienced Rent Accountancy professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service?
The London Borough of Camden is looking for a Rent Accountancy Officer to join its Housing Services team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth administration, reconciliation, and management of rent accounts across the borough.

In this varied and rewarding role, you'll be responsible for:
• Managing rent account administration and reconciliations
• Processing Direct Debits, salary deductions and DWP payments
• Resolving rent, housing benefit and payment queries
• Maintaining accurate rent accounting records and systems
• Supporting tenants and internal stakeholders with expert advice
• Identifying process improvements and driving service excellence

We're looking for someone with experience in rent accounting, strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while delivering outstanding customer service.
