We are looking for an Sales & Operations Manager to lead and scale a high performing team. This is a dynamic leadership role in a fast-paced environment ideal for someone who enjoys building teams, driving performance, and working with high-value client relationships.

What you’ll do:

Manage and develop Senior and New Business Account Managers, ensuring consistent operational delivery and performance.
Implement structured coaching, performance management and training frameworks.
Drive operational efficiency across client acquisition and growth activity.
Ensure full compliance and accuracy across all client records and processes.
Oversee daily sales operations aligning activity to KPIs and wider business targets.
Monitor core operational metrics including pipeline, conversion and revenue performance.
Oversee processes for operational efficiency and consistency.What you’ll need:

Strong commercial awareness with a focus on operational efficiency and results delivery.
Experience managing complex client or revenue processes.
Proven experience leading operational teams in a target driven environment.
