This is a chance for you to join an Elite Level Investment Manager who are going through a large Technology Refresh.
We are looking for a Product Manager/Product Owner to take ownership of our CRM strategy, roadmap, and ongoing evolution. This is a business-critical role where you will act as the bridge between advisers, operations, compliance, technology, and senior stakeholders, ensuring the CRM delivers measurable business value and an outstanding user experience.
You will play a key role in the migration to a new CRM platform, defining requirements, shaping the product vision, driving adoption, and ensuring the platform becomes the central source of truth across the business.
Essential Requirements
Candidates must have hands-on ownership and product management experience with either Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
This is a non-negotiable requirement. We are specifically looking for individuals who have owned, developed, enhanced, or transformed a Salesforce or Dynamics CRM environment and can demonstrate a strong understanding of CRM strategy, data structures, workflows, integrations, user adoption, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the CRM product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead the migration to a new CRM platform, including requirements gathering, data mapping, stakeholder engagement, and delivery.
- Translate business requirements into prioritised epics, features, and user stories.
- Drive CRM adoption, usability, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Work closely with development, data, architecture, and delivery teams to deliver enhancements and integrations.
- Establish and monitor KPIs around adoption, data quality, operational efficiency, and business value.
- Partner with advisers, operations, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure the CRM supports business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimisation, and improved client experience.
Ideal Background
- Product Manager, Product Owner, CRM Product Manager, CRM Transformation Lead, or CRM Programme Lead.
- Proven experience owning a Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
- Experience delivering CRM implementations, migrations, or transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of CRM data models, workflows, integrations, reporting, and governance.
- Experience working within Financial Services, Wealth Management, Insurance, FinTech, or another regulated environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
