• Own the end-to-end delivery and performance of assigned business applications.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective IT solutions.
• Drive application improvements, user adoption, and service optimization.
• Manage vendors, service levels, contracts, and application roadmaps.
• Collaborate with IT, security, architecture, and business teams to ensure reliable and compliant service delivery.
• Support project implementations, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience in IT Service Management, Application Management, IT Business Partnering, or Service Ownership.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes including incident, change, and vendor management.
• Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical IT solutions.
• Comfortable working independently in a complex international environment.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus.

• Competitive salary up to €112,000 gross per annum, including 8% holiday allowance
