Customer Service & Administrative Support Specialist

3 Month Initial Contract

Nottingham based

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Administrative Support Specialist. This role requires a strong communicator who can engage effectively with clients and colleagues while maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all written and verbal interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise and process stock adjustments accurately, ensuring inventory records remain up to date
  • Monitor and manage internal and customer service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required
  • Produce and distribute regular reports on customer service metrics, stock levels, and operational performance
  • Coordinate and track deliveries, liaising with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time fulfilment
  • Investigate and resolve delivery or stock discrepancies, providing clear updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain documentation and audit trails for stock movements, adjustments, and delivery records
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying trends in customer queries, stock issues, and delivery delays
