Art & Design Teacher (Product Design) – Sheffield
Location: Sheffield
Contract: Part-time (3 days per week)

PK Education are working with a secondary school in Sheffield who are looking to appoint an Art & Design Teacher with strengths in Product Design from September 2026.
This is a part-time position across three days per week for the full academic year, joining a creative and well-supported department that values practical learning and student creativity.
The role will involve teaching Art & Design with a focus on the Product Design side of the curriculum, delivering lessons that encourage creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on learning across KS3 and KS4.
The department benefits from strong facilities, supportive leadership, and a collaborative team environment where staff regularly share ideas and resources.
The school are looking for someone who can:
Deliver engaging practical and theory-based lessons
Inspire creativity and independent thinking

Teaching Art & Design across KS3 and KS4
Delivering Product Design lessons within the Design curriculum
Planning and assessing student progress
Supporting coursework and practical project work
Maintaining safe and organised classroom/workshop environments
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant secondary teaching experience
Experience teaching Art & Design and/or Product Design
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Passion for creative and practical education
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative department
