Job Description
Support day-to-day production activities, troubleshooting issues and implementing improvement plans
Lead Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews to optimise product build processes
Analyse downtime, identify root causes and implement improvements to increase quality, efficiency and productivity
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and ensure smooth transition into production
Collaborate with engineering, quality and production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Support quality assurance activities and investigate manufacturing failures and non-conformances

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Previous experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles including 5S, Kaizen and Six Sigma methodologies
Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement tools
