Based in Liverpool, you will play a key role in providing essential secretarial and business support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Description
Maintain a professional and welcoming service, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Produce and maintain reports, statistics, and records using a range of administrative systems and databases.
Provide guidance on student administration processes, including programme registration, module selection, and changes to study options.
Coordinate student record updates and programme changes, liaising with academic and professional services colleagues as required.
Support the allocation and administration of student support and advisory arrangements.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Ensure administrative processes are delivered effectively, meeting agreed service standards and deadlines.
Identify and escalate any issues relating to compliance, policy, or procedural requirements.
Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior staff and committees as required.
Assist with the organisation and administration of events, seminars, lectures, and other academic activities.
Maintain accurate databases, contact lists, and departmental records.
Support colleagues across wider teams during periods of absence or increased workload, contributing to the smooth running of operations.
Undertake additional administrative duties as required to support departmental objectives.Profile
A successful Administrative Assistant should have:
Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks.
Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role within a professional setting.
