The Role

In this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will work within EYFS and Key Stage 1, supporting children with Autism to access learning, develop communication and social skills, and thrive within the school environment.

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience supporting children with SEND, particularly autism
Be patient, caring, and adaptable
Have a positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children's development
Be able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families
Be committed to helping every child achieve their full potentialThe School
