Coordinating access arrangements in collaboration with relevant staff
Recruiting, training, and managing exam invigilators
Maintaining accurate and secure examination records and data systems
Providing clear guidance and support to students and staff regarding examination proceduresThe Ideal Candidate

Highly organised, detail-focused, and methodical
Confident using IT systems and data management software
Calm, resilient, and able to work effectively under pressure, particularly during exam periods
An excellent communicator, able to work across multiple departments
