As an Area Sales Manager, you will:

Build relationships with key customers across the North East and Yorkshire (renewable installers, EV infrastructure specialists, M&E contractors, and organisations across the public and private sectors)
Win new business and develop existing accounts
Promote renewable energy solutions including solar PV, EV charging, energy storage, and heat pumps
Collaborate with branch and internal sales teams to drive growth
Identify new market opportunities and industry trends
Achieve sales targets and business objectives
Represent the business at customer meetings and industry eventsRequirements

To be successful in this role, you should:

Have experience within the electrical wholesale industry
Possess strong sales and relationship-building skills
Be commercially minded with the drive to identify and win new business
Have excellent communication and customer service abilities
Be organised, self-motivated and capable of managing your own territory
Hold a full UK driving licencePrevious external sales experience would be advantageous, however experienced internal sales professionals looking to progress into a field-based role are also encouraged to apply.
