Oversee the creation and distribution of content across owned channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
Manage and optimise owned media platforms to maximise audience engagement and brand visibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with marketing and brand strategies.
Provide leadership and guidance to the communications team, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
Monitor and analyse communication campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding corporate communications.
Drive consistency and growth across the global digital ecosystem.Profile

The successful Director, Corporate Communications, Content and Owned Channels should have:

Strategic thinking with the ability to align communication initiatives with business goals.
A strong understanding of audience engagement and digital media trends.
Expertise in digital communications or digital content marketing, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to advise and influence at senior level.
A proven track record of delivering high‑impact, social‑first and digital communications that shape corporate reputation.
Recognised examples of thought leadership in corporate context.
Confidence and drive as a self‑starter with the ability to operate independently, set direction and lead through influence as well as authority.
