Are you ready to take the lead on high-impact projects and make a real difference on-site? We're seeking a proactive and experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of electrical works, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating on-site electrical activities, managing teams, and ensuring all work complies with regulatory and safety standards. You will be responsible for supervising installation, maintenance, and commissioning works, liaising with clients and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role requires hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety in every aspect of the job.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone with strong technical expertise and the ability to lead by example on-site. Ideal candidates will bring:

Proven experience in electrical installation or supervision within construction or engineering projects
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and industry standards
Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple workstreams effectively
Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
CSCS card and/or SSSTS/SMSTS certification (desirable or required depending on role level)Browne is a Civil Engineering, MEICA and Utilities infrastructure business based in Southern England with revenues of £230m in 2025/26.
