Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with an educational organisation to recruit a Employability Coach to join their team. They are an extraordinary organisation diverse workforce and inclusive culture.

You'll be joining a hardworking, supportive, and inclusive team and company who put the customer at the heart of everything they do and take pride in their work and their brand.
This is an extremely varied role . Monday- Friday. 37 hours per week and an opportunity to nurture and enable people to grow.
What the Employability Coach will be doing:
* Providing information and advice by a variety of media sources
* To deliver a vacancy service offering employers a recruitment service and matching clients to vacancies
* To help job seekers getting into work
* To support the running of careers centres including office management and reception
What the successful Employability Coach will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone who has
* Who has excellent written and verbal skills
* Has a good proficiency in relation to Microsoft packages
* Prioritises customer service
* Excellent communication skills
What you will be getting in return
* Monday - Friday with no evenings and weekends
* £13.65 per hour
* 37 hour working week
