SEN Teaching Assistants - Full-Time Opportunities
Location: Sutton, South London
Salary: £90-£110 per day (PAYE)

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join a highly respected specialist school in the Sutton area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people with a range of special educational needs.
The school caters for pupils aged 4-19 with complex learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and associated communication and sensory needs. Staff work collaboratively to create a nurturing, inclusive environment where every pupil is supported to achieve their full potential.
The Role:
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
Assisting with personalised learning activities tailored to individual needs.
Promoting communication, independence, and social development.
Supporting pupils with personal care where required.
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to deliver outstanding support.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with children or young people with SEND, either in education, care, support work, or a related setting.
A patient, resilient, and proactive approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.What We Offer:
