Key Responsibilities
As Team Leader, you will:

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of Social Workers and practitioners.

Ensure high standards of practice and compliance with statutory responsibilities.

Support staff with complex case management and decision-making.

Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Requirements

Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.

Significant experience within Children's Services.

Strong management or supervisory experience within a social work setting.

Proven experience managing or overseeing CIN, Child Protection, and court proceedings.

Extensive safeguarding experience is essential.
