Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client near Chippenham who are actively looking to recruit an Assembly Engineer on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:

Assembly of a range of products ensuring they are built to high standards of precision and quality
Working from technical drawings to assemble complete units
Testing of assembled systems, identifying and rectifying faults where necessary
Ensuring components are clean and ready for despatch What you will need to succeed:

Experience within a heavy engineering environment essential
A good eye for detail and the ability to solve problems and plan ahead
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents
Hydraulics, pneumatics and diagnostics experience beneficial
Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with a variety of individuals
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Level 3 or equivalent What you will receive in return:

Competitive salary
Full time Monday to Friday including early finish on a Friday!
