The FLT Driver / Production Operator role:
The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of manufacturing operations. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in the production of the client products.
You will collaborate closely with team members to meet production targets while adhering to safety and quality standards. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing production workflows and minimizing downtime, ensuring our operations run smoothly. In addition to your technical skills, your role will involve monitoring production processes, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing routine maintenance. You will play a key role in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, which is essential for compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Production Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
* Familiarity with manufacturing processes and machinery.
* Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in production.
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as safety data sheets and operating manuals.
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
* FLT - Counterbalance licence
* Ability to work days and afters shifts
