CNC Operator/Setter

The Work Shop is recruiting a CNC Setter Operator for a well-established manufacturing client specialising in precision engineering.

Based in Eastleigh Hampshire

The Role:

As a CNC Setter Operator, you will:
• Set and operate CNC milling and turning machines
• Use conversational programming (Hurco advantageous)
• Adjust programmes, set tooling, and prove out jobs
• Ensure components meet tight tolerances and quality standards
• Perform inspections and maintain ISO compliance

Requirements: CNC Setter Operator
• Experience as a CNC Setter / CNC Operator / CNC Machinist
• Able to read engineering drawings and set up jobs independently
• Strong understanding of machining processes
• High attention to detail
