Are you an Estimator looking for a new challenge with a growing Principal Contractor?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering projects across Social Housing, Education, Refurbishment, M&E and Fire Protection sectors throughout London and the South East.

Whether you’re an established Estimator or looking to step up into a more senior role, we’d like to hear from you.

The Role

* Preparing competitive tenders and cost estimates

* Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents

* Obtaining and analysing subcontractor quotations

* Liaising with suppliers, clients and operational teams

* Identifying value engineering opportunities

* Supporting the successful delivery of tender submissions

Experience Required

* Previous estimating experience within the construction sector

* Principal Contractor experience would be advantageous

* Experience within Social Housing, Education, M&E, Fire Doors, Passive Fire Protection or Refurbishment works would be beneficial

* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
