Salary: £40,000-£45,000 (neg) Location: Wellingborough Full-time Permanent

Global company with a site employing around 40 staff in the Wellingborough Area.

We're looking for a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to join this Engineering company that supply Utilities and Construction Industries.

You will take ownership of safety standards at their premises, including hands-on involvement with plant and machinery. If you're passionate about creating a safe working environment and enjoy being hands on as well as behind a desk this role will suit you perfectly.

The role will involve:

Supporting and advising on all Health & Safety matters across the site
Supporting and assisting the Plant Manager with duties as and when required
Conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Ensuring safe operation and compliance around plant, equipment, and machinery
Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions
Working closely with operational teams to drive a positive safety culture
Maintaining and updating H&S documentation and policies

What you will need:

NEBOSH Level 3 (or above) -
Experience in a Health & Safety role within construction, manufacturing, heavy engineering, construction or a similar environment
Strong understanding of plant operations and associated risks
Confident communicator who can influence and engage teams at all levels
