We are looking for a hands-on multi-skilled Maintenance Team Leader to join our well-established team at our manufacturing facility in Banbury. With turnover in excess of £50bn last year, we are market leaders in the sector and have reinvested into our people and plant, leading to excellent longevity amongst our team.

This role will be based within our paint department and will be largely hands-on whilst also ensuring health and safety adherence across the department, delegating responsibilities and ensuring best practice.

Youll be repairing and maintaining machinery such as spray robots, application systems, fluid delivery systems, and conveyors. Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, inverters, and robotics are required for this role.

The Successful Engineer

Multiskilled element to your experience – Must be able to fault find both mechanically and electrically
Prior experience repairing and maintaining robotics would be beneficial but not a dealbreaker
Qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (City and Guilds / HNC/D) in a relevant engineering/maintenance discipline
