A school is seeking a committed and experienced SEN Teacher to support pupils with a range of additional needs. This role is well suited to a teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and able to adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs.
You will be responsible for creating engaging lessons, supporting pupil progress, and working closely with support staff to deliver high-quality learning in a safe and nurturing environment.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching pupils with SEN needs.
Strong classroom management and differentiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with support staff and families.
Enhanced DBS and references.
Key responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupil needs.
Differentiate work to support a range of abilities.
Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching where needed.
Work closely with Teaching Assistants and SEN staff.
Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
