ROLE: Quality Product Inspector
HOURS: 06:00 - 18:00 Days - 4on4off
SALARY: £30,969.12 plus excellent benefits

We are delighted to be recruiting for an additional Quality Product Inspector to join our dedicated Quality Team, based at our Clover Nook site in Somercotes, Alfreton.
This is a key role within our department, responsible for ensuring that products manufactured across multiple production lines consistently meet the required quality standards.
WHAT OUR QUALITY PRODUCT INSPECTORS DO:
Conduct comprehensive quality checks on products produced on the extrusion lines
Identify, report, and correctly reject all product faults in line with company procedures
Maintain accurate documentation and complete required audits to support quality assurance processes
Operate in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and ensure all activities remain compliant
Perform detailed product inspections to verify conformance to specifications
Provide quality support to production teams to ensure consistent manufacturing performance
Communicate any issues, defects, or process concerns promptly to Team Leaders and the Maintenance Team
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR QUALITY PRODUCT INSPECTORS:
Previous experience as a Quality Inspector with in a Manufacturing environment
Able to use key measuring equipment (although training can be given)
A keen eye for detail with a results driven approach
Have good communication skills
Proficient in MS Office suite
Good understanding of ISO9001
