Your responsibilities as People Specialist

Manage and coordinate the people team inbox, responding to queries and escalating where appropriate
Support onboarding activities, including inductions, documentation and employee records management
Maintain accurate information within internal HR systems and personnel files
Assist with payroll administration, benefits processes and associated reporting requirements
Process invoices and support departmental administration activities
Ensure confidentiality and compliance when handling employee information and documentation
What we're looking for in a People Specialist

CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent HR qualification
Previous experience within a HR or People function
Strong HR administration and employee lifecycle knowledge
Experience maintaining HR systems and employee records
Ability to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
