Project Worker
Full Time | Shift-Based Role
We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Project Worker to support vulnerable individuals within a supported housing environment. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their goals, maintain their tenancy, access relevant services, and move towards greater independence.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred support, advice and guidance to clients with a range of support needs.
* Complete assessments, support plans, risk assessments and case reviews.
* Build positive relationships with clients, encouraging engagement and personal development.
* Liaise with statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure clients access appropriate services.
* Support clients with benefits, housing applications, appointments and move-on plans.
* Respond to incidents, manage challenging situations and provide crisis intervention where required.
* Assist with the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming environment.
* Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks in line with policies and procedures.
* Conduct health & safety checks, property inspections and report maintenance issues.
About You
* Experience supporting vulnerable individuals or those with complex needs.
* Understanding of homelessness, housing support, mental health or related social issues.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and professionally.
* Good IT and administrative skills with attention to detail.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Committed to equality, diversity, inclusion and maintaining professional boundaries.

* Ability to work flexibly on a shift rota, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays where required.
