Location: Taff Wells, Cardiff
Salary: £39,200
Hours: 38 Hours per week
We’re looking for an experienced Coachbuilder to join our workshop team, working on buses and coaches to deliver high-quality repairs and maintain vehicle standards.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Coachbuilder
Conducting accident bodywork repairs
Repairing and replacing windows
Diagnosing and fixing body faults
Performing collision and vandalism repairs
Addressing routine inspection findings and defect reports
Carrying out minor painting repairs
Working with fibreglass bodywork
Documenting repairs for insurance claims and KPIs
What you need as a Coachbuilder
Minimum Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in vehicle bodywork or time served
Proven experience in body repair and painting
Welding experience
Full car driving licence
Experience in accident repair and coach/bus bodyworkWhy Join Us
