Pact Engineering is a long‑established, family‑owned precision engineering company with a reputation for producing high‑quality, complex components for the motorsport, food production and wider manufacturing sectors. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Quality Inspector Precision Engineering to join our team and help us maintain the exceptional standards our customers rely on.

What You’ll Be Doing

Inspecting precision components and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
Using precision measurement tools including micrometres, gauges, and CMM equipment
Recording inspection results accurately and ensuring all work meets customer specifications
Identifying defect, supporting root cause analysis, and maintaining accurate inspection records.
Operating computerised inspection equipment
Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining our ISO9001 quality standards

What We’re Looking For

Experience in quality inspection within a precision engineering environment
OR a strong engineering background with the willingness to train into a quality inspection role
Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T and metrology processes
Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO9001
