Responsibilities

* Supporting students in lessons across a range of subjects

* Providing one-to-one and small group support

* Assisting students with additional learning needs

* Supporting behaviour management and student engagement

* Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff

* Helping students achieve their academic potential

Ideal Candidates Will Have

✔ Previous experience working with children or young people

✔ Teaching Assistant, SEN, Youth Work, Care or Coaching experience

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ A positive and proactive attitude

✔ A genuine passion for education

✔ Degree holders and graduates welcomed
