Deliver personal care and domestic support in residential or community settings
*
Promote positive behaviour, independence, and community engagement
*
Support individuals with daily living skills and personalised care plans
*
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment
*
Encourage participation in meaningful activities
*
Safeguard vulnerable adults and ensure their dignity and rights are upheld
🧩 What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities
*
Passion for providing person-centred care
*
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*
Ability to remain calm and confident in challenging situations
*
Comfortable working alone or as part of a team
