Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator

Location: Doncaster
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £26,500 – £28,500 per annum (depending on experience)
Department: Office Administration & Compliance

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator to join our Doncaster team. This is a key role providing administrative and compliance support across multiple areas including payroll, advertising, referencing, and lead generation. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and visitors, ensuring the smooth and professional running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, emails, and office visitors, delivering a professional and friendly service.

* Support the team with day-to-day administrative duties including data entry, document management, and record keeping.

* Manage compliance processes, ensuring all records, references, and documentation meet company and legal standards.

* Complete payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate submission of information.

* Support advertising activities by preparing and posting job adverts across various platforms.

* Conduct referencing and right-to-work checks in line with company policies.

* Format and update candidate CVs to ensure consistency, professionalism, and alignment with client requirements.

* Provide sales leads and market information to the team to support business development activities.

* Maintain and update internal databases and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

* Handle incoming queries efficiently, escalating where appropriate.

* Contribute to a positive office environment, ensuring all operations run smoothly and effectively.

About You

* Proven experience in an administrative or compliance-based role (recruitment, HR, or payroll experience is advantageous).

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office packages – particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

* High attention to detail and accuracy.

* Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

* A professional and approachable attitude with a commitment to excellent service delivery.
