Workshop Supervisor / HGV Technician Supervisor / Senior HGV Technician – Kidderminster
Location: Kidderminster
Hours: Monday–Friday, 12:30–22:00 (45 hours)
Pay: £45,(Apply online only) + overtime (OTE ~£47,(Apply online only))

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workshop Supervisor / HGV Technician Supervisor / Senior HGV Technician to lead an evening shift in a busy commercial workshop. This Workshop Supervisor / HGV Technician Supervisor role combines hands‑on HGV repairs with team leadership, workflow coordination and delivering high‑quality, safe and efficient work across HGVs, trailers and commercial vehicles.

The Role:
• Lead and support technicians to maintain productivity & first‑time‑fix
• Carry out major/minor repairs on HGVs, trailers & commercial vehicles
• Diagnose faults, plan repairs & authorise work when needed
• Complete inspections, servicing & preventative maintenance
• Allocate jobs & manage workflow to meet KPIs
• Maintain a clean, safe workshop & complete accurate documentation

The Requirements:
• Level 3 HGV Maintenance qualification
• Experience as a Workshop Supervisor / Senior HGV Technician / HGV Technician Supervisor
• Strong diagnostics & problem‑solving skills
• Confident communicator able to prioritise & coach
• Full UK driving licence (HGV desirable)
