Location: West London
Start Date: September 2026

We are seeking dedicated and experienced HLTA professionals to join welcoming schools across West London for the new academic year.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HLTA looking to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning, leading small group interventions, and delivering high-quality classroom support. The successful HLTA will work closely with teachers to raise attainment, promote positive behaviour, and help pupils reach their full potential.
As an HLTA, you will:
Lead small group and one-to-one interventions.
Support the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities.
Provide classroom cover when required.
Assist with pupil progress monitoring and feedback.
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with teachers and wider school staff.
The ideal HLTA will have:
Previous experience working as an HLTA or an experienced Teaching Assistant, ready to step up.
HLTA status, Level 4 qualification, or equivalent experience.
Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
A good understanding of the UK curriculum.
A passion for supporting children's academic and personal development.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required, or a willingness to obtain one through GSL Education.
