Talentmark are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Associate to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week on site in Basingstoke and 2 days home working.
Salary:
£14.87 ph to £19.78 ph PAYE, depending upon experience
Quality Assurance Associate Role:
Product quality complaints for human health medicines from UK and IE customers, health care professionals, external parties and sales representatives.
Perform all activities related to the product complaint sample collection process.
Ensuring documents are generated, controlled and retained in accordance with SOP’s which meet global quality standards.
Support quality assurance audits – internal and external – and closure of observations.
Ensuring any confirmed failures of product or processes are reported to management.Your Background:
Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience.
Good knowledge of GDP procedures and Global Quality Standards.
Previous experience in a quality-focused role, preferably within the pharma or healthcare industries.
Great communication skills.
