We’re working with a growing, technology-led organisation looking to hire a Senior Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of key client accounts.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong account management or consultative sales experience who enjoys building long-term relationships and driving revenue growth within existing customers.
The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing strategic client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand services and increase account value.
You’ll work closely with internal delivery and technical teams, acting as the main point of contact for your clients and ensuring successful project and service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts
* Build strong relationships with senior, operational and technical stakeholders
* Protect and grow recurring revenue across your accounts
* Identify and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Lead client meetings, account reviews and strategic workshops
* Develop and execute account plans focused on retention and growth
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery
* Produce proposals, reports and pipeline forecasts
* Identify new business opportunities within existing clients and the wider market
Experience & Skills Required
* Proven experience in Account Management, Business Development or Client Relationship roles
* Strong commercial awareness with a track record of growing accounts and increasing revenue
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
* Experience within technology, telecoms, SaaS or managed services (preferred)
