A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to join my clients award winning firm in their Sittingbourne office.
The Role:
Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Delivering outstanding client service, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions with clear and proactive communication.
Supervising and mentoring support staff, fostering development within the team.
Actively contributing to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to grow the firm’s reputation and client base.
Providing support to colleagues as required, particularly during absences.
Ensuring compliance with risk management procedures and regulatory standards.
Continuing professional development, staying up to date with legal and market trends.
Requirements
The Candidate:
Completion of a degree, and LPC or technical qualification.
Strong IT skills. A good working knowledge of Word is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You will need to be dependable and flexible to business needs, as overtime will be required occasionally to include working weekends.
