Job Description:
We are working with a well-established and highly regarded residential developer who, due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new housing development.
The company has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality homes and places a strong emphasis on quality, customer satisfaction, and employee development. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing all day-to-day site activities from groundworks through to handover
* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour
* Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme requirements
* Driving high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
* Managing quality control and ensuring homes are completed to specification
* Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular inspections
* Liaising with customers, local authorities, utility providers, and stakeholders
* Monitoring progress and producing regular reports for senior management
* Managing site logistics and resolving operational issues as they arise
